介绍

MGate 5102-PBM-PN 网关为 PROFIBUS 设备（例如：PROFIBUS PLC 或驱动器）和 PROFINET 主机之间建立通信连接。所有型号均采用坚固的金属外壳保护，支持导轨式安装，并提供可选的内置光电隔离保护。它配有 PROFIBUS 和以太网状态 LED 指示灯，易于维护。其坚固设计，适用于石油和天然气、电力、过程自动化及工厂自动化等工业应用。

 

简易设置工具

Windows MGate 管理器和 web console 均支持 AutoScan 功能，简化配置和操作。AutoScan 可自动检测所有连接的 PROFIBUS slave 设备及其可用的 I/O 模块，快速完成网关配置，并提供了数据映射表。此外，只需一键即可导出所有 PROFIBUS I/O 模块数据至 GSDML 文件，协助配置 PROFINET 控制器（例如：Siemens PLC）。

 

 

 

多种维护功能

MGate 5102-PBM-PN 提供 web console 和 Telnet console 进行远程维护，这两个 console 均支持 HTTPS 和 SSH 等加密通信功能，可防止未授权访问。用户可以通过 web console 远程监控所有 PROFIBUS slave 的 I/O 数据的状态和变更，并可通过 web console 查阅日志，了解曾发生过的系统事件。继电器输出报警可提供电源输入和以太网线缆状态。这些功能使维护工程师可以轻松进行设备故障排除和维护。

 

冗余双电源输入

MGate 5102-PBM-PN 支持双电源输入，可靠性更高。它可同时连接 2 个带电直流电源，即使一个电源发生故障也可确保连续运行。这些出色的可靠性使得这款高级型的 PROFIBUS master 转 PROFINET 网关成为严苛工业应用的理想选择。
